A Bartlesville gas station is the location where the latest lottery winner bought their ticket. The 3-million-dollar ticket winner has not been identified. The ticket was purchased from the Homeland Express gas station off Washington Boulevard in Bartlesville. State law only allows the release of the winner’s first name, where they live and how much they won.
