Three people were arrested in Oklahoma City after refusing to leave state property during the Governor’s ongoing Operation SAFE cleanup effort.

OHP’s Operation Safe has cleared homeless camps in Tulsa, removing over 1 million pounds of trash, including needles. No arrests have been made.
