world health organization guidelines to be ignored

One of the bills signed into law by the Governor says neither state nor any municipality will follow any health guidelines from the World Health Organization or for that matter, the United Nations or the World Economic Forum.  The objectional guidelines involves masks, vaccines and medical testing.
