Work has started to clear out a dilapidated Tulsa apartment complex to make room for new affordable housing. Ginny Hensley is a spokesperson for the Tulsa Housing Authority and provides commentary.

There were 104 units in the Sunset Plaza complex, covering nine-and-a-half acres overlooking the downtown area.
