Women Trucker Accuses Oklahoma Highway Patrolman of Sex Crimes

A woman trucker alleges state trooper Jack Rinehart committed sex crimes against her during a traffic stop near Vinita.  Rinehart turned off his body camera and repositioned his dashcam to avoid the women’s semi. The trooper's defense attorney says Rinehart is a 25-year-dedicated member of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and is innocent.
