The state emergency management has sent water rescue teams to the Texas Hill County to assist with deadly floods. Crews from Tulsa and Oklahoma City will be used in the flood response efforts where they’re most needed. Oklahoma City Fire Department officials tell us a six-person team, and two boats have been deployed. Four are from OKC, one is from the Norman Fire Department, and another is from the Yukon Fire Department.
