Underwood Will Appear At His Clemency Hearing

The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole board is listening to arguments for and against granting clemency to convicted child killer Kevin underwood. His three-time delayed hearing will likely take most of this morning to complete. It will include an appearance by live video of the death row inmate.
