Two Arrested Attempting to Smuggle Drugs

An undercover operation in the Oklahoma County jail results in the arrest of two individuals attempting to smuggle drugs into the jail. The suspects, Shaniqwa Owens and Isneithta Ra, believed they were delivering narcotics and cash to a jail employee who would pass the drugs to an inmate. Instead, they were arrested along with two inmates.
