Tulsa Pastor, Maurice Bailey Charged With Rape

A Tulsa pastor is charged with rape, child sex abuse and incest. Maurice Bailey Senior began assaulting his victim when she was a child.  Until recently Bailey was a pastor at Saint Andrew Christian Church in North Tulsa.  The abuse took place at home and started when the victim was in sixth grade. Several victims have come forward.  Bailey remains in jail.
