The Turnpike Authority approves eminent domain

The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is moving forward to allow eminent domain in order to secure properties for turnpike expansion. The authority says no homes are expected to be part negotiations. But for the first time in years the authority is allowing the process if negotiations with landowners fall through.
