The tiger King Pushes For Clemency Again

As has happened in the past, the transition between presidents generally comes with a flurry of clemency requests.  Joseph Maldonado, otherwise known as Joe Exotic, is hopeful he will receive a pardon from his 21-year federal sentence over his conviction for a murder-for-hire plot and violations of the Endangered Species Act. Exotic is even selling baseball caps with the message “Trump free Joe Exotic”.
