The Okla House has added up the numbers

The main thing state legislators do every year is put together a new budget. State Agencies are asking for over 832-million dollars more in appropriations compared to the current fiscal year budget. For the first four months of the new fiscal year which began in July tax collections are coming in lower than last year.
