The Lawsuits Are Piling Up For Ryan Walters

Another lawsuit is filed against State Schools Superintendent Ryan Walters. This suit claims Walters and the State Department of Education and the Oklahoma Board of Education of failing to enforce bullying prevention rules. The lawsuit was filed by a grandmother who is guardian of two children in Keys elementary school. The grandmother claims her two grandchildren were severely bullied by students and teachers and school administration did nothing which is in violation of state law.
