Lawyers say Justin Barrientos died after he swallowed a plastic spork ten months ago. A lawsuit has been filed against the company that runs the privately owned Lawton correctional and rehabilitation facility.
The lawsuit alleges the jailers were uncaring and failed to take Barrientos to an emergency room.
