Supreme Court orders new trial for Glossip

By a vote of 5 to 3, the U.S. Supreme Court has thrown out the murder conviction of Oklahoma death row inmate Richard Glossip.  The court found prosecutorial misconduct and ordered a new trial.  Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond had led the charge to throw out Glossip’s conviction citing the same reasons given by the high court.
