State Representative Scott Fetgatter Pushes for More TV Comedies in Oklahoma

State House members approve a bill creating an Episodic TV Program Revolving Fund and offering incentives for television shows taped before a live audience. The sponsor, state representative Scott Fetgatter, contends there is a shortage of episodic television programs.

“One of the things that is missing in the world of entertainment today is episodic comedy, sitcoms…,” Fetgatter said.
