state parks face partial closure!

State lawmakers are just beginning to fund long delayed maintenance and repairs on scores of state buildings. But it’s the state Parks that now face partial closures because issues left unaddressed for years are posing safety concerns.  In the last session, about a 10th of their 75-million-dollar repair list was funded.
