The state emergency operations center has been activated, and the governor says several agencies were mobilized Monday to protect public safety and maintain essential services during the winter storm. In Tulsa the mayor has signed an emergency disaster declaration. Northeastern Oklahoma including Tulsa is expected to get up to ten inches of snow.
