Mike Gundy’s Contract and Buyout

Since taking over in 2005, Gundy has become the winningest coach in OSU history. His 2025 salary is set at $6.7 million. If OSU fired him without cause, his buyout would cost $15 million through December 2027 or $10 million if the move came in 2028.
