Signed petitions are delivered to the state capitol

The deadline to gather signatures to have a grand jury investigate Oklahoma DHS was yesterday and the signatures have been delivered to the state capitol. State representative J.J. Humphrey led the effort. He wants the agency investigated because of wrongful removal of children from homes, overreach by the agency and other allegations of wrongdoing. Humphrey says he will request a judge grants the investigation even if there aren’t enough signatures.
