residential speeder ticketed

Chances are if you live along a busy residential street, you’ve seen someone drive by at a very high rate of speed and then repeated, where’s a cop when you need one.  Well, an officer in Moore was there when it happened on just such a street.  A busy street with a 35 mile an hour speed limit, a driver was clocked on radar at 72 miles an hour.  The driver got a ticket.
