Oklahoma is slowing pulling out of massive drought conditions. Nearly all of the panhandle and northwestern Oklahoma are no longer in drought. Severe drought is down to small portions of southeast, northeast and north central sections of the state. The rest of Oklahoma is abnormally dry to moderate drought.
