Former OSU president Dr. Kayce Shrum releases a statement following the release of an internal audit at OSU that revealed 41 million dollars of mismanaged state funds. Shrum says she has no knowledge that any laws were broken during her tenure. She resigned unexpectedly earlier this year. The OSU board of regents meets this morning to discuss the internal audit.
