police believe two people shot were targeted

In Woodward court records are giving insight into the deadly double shooting in a Walmart parking lot last week. According to police 30-year-old Shane Cole Allison planned the killing of 81-year-old Gary Mulbery and his daughter 42-year-old Christina Alewine. Allison and his mother were apparently living on property owned by Mulbery and were possibly being evicted. Court documents show Allison admitted to planning and carrying out the murders.
