Parents being told to give some of the money back

The state Tax Commission has pulled the nearly 4-million dollar a year contract with a California company to oversee the Parental Choice Tax Credit program.  Over 18-hundred Oklahomans are now being told they need to give some of the money back. Five million dollars is being clawed back because their children weren’t in the private school for the required amount of time.
