One of Okla’s Top 10 Most Wanted is in custody

An Oklahoma fugitive is in custody. 58-year-old Sau Tau "James" Liu was arrested in Sacramento by U.S. Marshals. Liu was wanted on a Lincoln County warrant stemming from a Multi-County Grand Jury indictment for trafficking more than 25 pounds of marijuana. This marks the eighth successful capture from the Top 10 Most Wanted list.
