OMRF Receives a New $150K Research Grant

The Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation Scientist Dr. Wan Hee Yoon now hopes a new 150-thousand-dollar grant will help him identify a potential treatment for a genetic condition. The illness features intellectual disability, muscle weakness and spasticity among newborns. Yoon helped identify the illness in 2016. He will be using fruit fly genes to further his research.
