Old Farmer's Almanac expects a warmer fall

This fall will be warmer and dryer than usual.  That’s the prediction from the Old Farmer’s Almanac.  The publications predictions average 80 percent accuracy.  It calls for the enter western half of the country to have a warmer and dryer fall.
