Oklahoma Senate Faces Uncertainty Over Stalled Bills
The Oklahoma Senate is returning to the Capitol this week facing growing uncertainty as lawmakers approach a self-imposed adjournment deadline while hundreds of bills remain unresolved. Oklahoma Senate Delays Child Abuse Bill
One of the highest-profile stalled measures inside the Oklahoma Senate remains House Bill 4227.
The legislation would eliminate the statute of limitations for child sexual abuse cases and prohibit related non-disclosure agreements, commonly known as NDAs.
