Oklahoma Man Flees Scene of Car Crash Killing His Daughter

A man accused of causing an accident that killed his daughter and then fleeing the scene appears in court. Elliot Binney entered a plea of not guilty and has been charged with manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatal collision and child neglect.

Prosecutors say he left the scene of a wreck that killed his daughter. The mother and siblings were also in the car at the time of the crash.
