Multi-County Grand Jury announces election fraud charges
An Oklahoma City woman faces felony election fraud charges for allegedly voting twice in the 2024 general election.
According to the Oklahoma Multi-County Grand Jury, Victoria Vincenza Dill, 31, voted in person in Oklahoma County and submitted an absentee ballot in Payne County—on the same day.
Serious penalties under state law
Prosecutors allege the actions violated state election laws designed to protect the integrity of Oklahoma’s voting system. If convicted, Dill faces up to five years in prison and a fine up to $50,000.
Election officials said the case underscores the importance of voter verification and data coordination between counties to prevent duplicate ballots.
Oklahoma strengthens election security
The State Election Board reiterated that such incidents are rare and typically identified through post-election audits. Officials said Oklahoma continues to enhance verification systems and coordinate with local jurisdictions to safeguard future elections.
