Okla Attorney General Pushing For Execution

A push by Attorney General Gentner Drummond to have a death row inmate’s mental health retested has been approved. A Judge in Comanche County approved a competency re-evaluation on Ricky Ray Malone. He was convicted in the 2003 murder of Highway Patrolman Nikky Green. Malone has avoided execution based on a finding that he is not mentally competent.
