No clemency

Death row inmate Wendell Grissom has been denied clemency by the state pardon and parole board. Grissom was convicted of killing a Blaine County woman during a 2005 home break-in. Grissom admitted to the murder, saying he was drunk at the time and didn't know what he was doing. His fate now rests with the governor. Grissom is scheduled to be executed on March 20.
