Next week a Real ID will be required to fly

By next week, you’ll need a Real ID in order to board domestic airline flights or gain access to certain government facilities. But now a state senator has filed Senate Resolution 18 that would allow Oklahomans to opt out of the federal program. The resolution by Senator Kendal Sacchieri raises concerns over the collection and retention of sensitive biometric information required for Real-ID Compliant driver’s licenses and ID Cards.
