new management for tulsa juvy center

While Oklahoma County has non-stop issues with it’s county detention center, Tulsa County has trouble with its Juvenile Justice Center.  Commissioners will fill the role of manager of the Family Center with David Parker. That facility has several investigations underway into apparent misconduct by employees.
