These are exciting times ahead for the city of Muskogee as they begin construction on a new wastewater treatment plant. City manager Mike Miller says it is time to replace Muskogee’s 70-year-old water treatment plant.

 

Muskogee has become an industrial hub in eastern Oklahoma, with a population of 35,000 people.
