more hurdles for the turnpike authority

The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority would face a number of new requirements before they plan any new turnpikes or modify existing ones.  State Senator Lisa Standridge’s bill would require improved notice of OTA intentions.

The bill also would require the Turnpike agency to comply with all of the new provisions of the bill to avoid any decisions they make being ruled null and void.
