Oklahoma has lost 80 million dollars in film and television business because of a cap on the state's film incentive program.

Lieutenant Governor Matt Pinnell, who has seen the impact movie making is having on the state, said it is time to boost the current 30-million-dollar cap on tax benefits.

He said that 80 million dollars in lost businesses went to other states, including Texas.
