Last week, a 20-year-old Blanchard man pleaded guilty to planning a terror attack on OU’s football stadium. Now, court documents raise questions as to whether Landon Swinford’s parents reported those plans to authorities. Swinford’s father is reportedly Blanchard’s deputy police chief and has not publicly commented on the charges facing his son.
