Lawsuit against St. Isidore Of Seville Virtual Charter School on hold

A lawsuit that seeks to block the catholic church, St. Isidore Of Seville Virtual Charter School is basically on hold for now.  A district judge issued a stay order saying the court may not have jurisdiction in the case because of another lawsuit involving the school that is pending a ruling from the State Supreme Court.  At issue is approval for the school by a state agency that would create the nation’s first religious charter school to receive taxpayer funding.
