Lawmakers work to Prevent School Shootings in Oklahoma

State lawmakers want to prevent future school shootings from occurring. State Representative Ross Ford of Tulsa wants a special fund to improve communication sharing with schools and law enforcement.

Ford believes such information sharing could be started on a small scale. The bill moves to the full house appropriations committee for consideration.
