Lawmakers are questioning a contract with a California company that will handle the applications from Oklahoma parents seeking the refundable tax credit for homeschooling. State Representative Jacob Rosencrans says he’s concerned about hiring an out-of-state company.
Starting December 1st, parents can apply for the credit online.
