KFOR reporters file suit against Ryan Walters

Claiming that KFOR TV is not a legitimate news outlet, several times it’s reporters and photographers have been barred from public meetings of the state School board or news conferences held by state school Superintendent Ryan Walters.  Now three of KFOR’s reporter are suing Walters and his press aide charging violations of the 1st amendment to the constitution.
