A Kasey Alert has been issued by OHP for 32-year-old Kristie Holmes. She was last seen in the Tulsa area wearing a black long-sleeve sweater with white polka dots, grey shorts, black leggings, and black knee-high leather boots. Holmes is 5'2", 100 lbs, has brown hair and brown eyes, and is developmentally delayed. Officials ask that you call 911 if you see her.
