Jimcy McGirt pleads guilty to breaking probation

Jimcy McGirt the man at the center of the landmark Supreme Court ruling on tribal jurisdiction pleads guilty for failing to register as a sex offender. The 76-year-old was required to register as a sex offender but prosecutors say he broke his probation because he stayed at a home within two thousand feet of a park. He will be sentenced at a later date.
