A mob boss in an Oklahoma prison, is now facing more decades behind bars for arranging the murder of a fellow member of the Irish Mafia. In 2021, Zachary Millard used a contraband cell phone to order the murder of Mitchell Roberts in Tulsa. Millard was sentenced to life in prison, plus 30 more years for burglary, and six more years for other crimes.
