interim jail director named

The Oklahoma County Detention Center has an interim director. Paul Timmons served as the Chief of Personnel and Administration. Timmons joined the Oklahoma County Detention Center in 2022 as the Chief of Investigations. Timmons retired from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. According to a news release, he will focus on fostering a positive working environment for staff while continuing to address the challenges facing the detention center.
