Incarcerated people can vote Absentee

In 2025 a new state law will expand voting rights to more people convicted of felonies. A pair of surveys by the Marshall Project found among inmates in Oklahoma prisons and jails, the presidential race narrowed considerably after Vice President Kamala Harris joined the contest. Trump still leads her but by only 3 percentage points.
