Grand River Dam Authority IS Denying a Request

The city of Miami Oklahoma says the GRDA is hiding information and not being a good neighbor.  The news site, the Frontier, reports the agency was found responsible for repeated flooding of the community from water released by its Pensacola Dam in Langley.  The GRDA is denying a records request from federal regulators. The agency says its study found they don’t have to buy out landowners while federal regulators found they do.
