Governor Stitt Signs Cellphone Ban Into Law

The Governor signs a bill into law banning cellphones in classrooms. Beginning next year, school districts will be required to adopt a policy barring students from using cellphones and other devices while on campus. It does allow exceptions for medical reasons.
